The broad-snouted caiman has the widest snout of any crocodilians. They have strong jaws and have no problem crushing the shell of a turtle.
Adults can reach a length of 3 metres (9.8 feet), but most males grow no longer than 2 metres.

Squirrel monkeys are considered to be one of the cleverest monkeys due to having a large brain compared to the size of their body.
They are highly vocal and have around 25-30 different types of call.
Visit the island and get up close to the fascinating monkeys.
Walk in the Treetops
Get ready to take a walk in the treetops 6-12 metres above the ground.
Bøgetoppen is a 252 metre long treetop walk through the beautiful beech forest. The walk takes you from tree to tree via suspension bridges and platforms. On each platform, you will learn about the plant and animal life that lives in the woods.

Visit Darwins Hus (Darwin's House) by the main entrance and get up close to all kinds of creepy-crawlies such as the ball python, the leopard gecko and cockroaches.
